So after picking up 50.00 win in a free tournament I went to withdraw knowing Im already verified and have made at least one deposit to the casino chain to verify my wallet , Im denied withdraw and promted to re=verify my wallet with a 11.00 dollar deposit! But I remembered they got once this way after making the deposit my winnings were pulled leaving only the 11 dollars which is too small for withdrawl. so I contacted coustomer support and the rep told me The deposit was to make sure the winnings were going to same wallet as deposit was made from but when I looked at my records there never was a deposit made in lite coin by me which was conf.firned by casino rep later which means the first rep was lying to me to get deposit! No matter the case this casino cannot be trusted . fully verified and Cant get paid without veification deposit so shady!
