What has been the outcome for people when using authorized 3rd party deposits without knowing they were not allowed?

Hello there.

This is about your complaint against Lucky Days, right?

You know, I went through it briefly and I'm worried because you actually breached the rules by allowing others - 3rd parties to send the money to your account. This is strictly forbidden 🙁.

I understand your concern, but keeping let's say basic rules in mind is always necessary while playing in the casino, to prevent such an event.

I wish you luck with the complaint, but I would say you made the mistake in the first place, and the casino is not obliged to "show mercy".

I'm sorry. Let's wait for the complaint to develop further. 🙏🤞🤞

I don’t think there terms and conditions state they can confiscate your winnings. They can request further documentation is what I am gathering. Can I trouble you for your opinion?

Thanks

Well, they may ask for further verification untill they are satisfied. What if they are not fully satisfied? The point is, do not do that again, many casinos would not even think about alternatives. Believe me - this is an unnecessary risk.
