I am having issues with them to I'm waiting till morning to see if I manage to solve my problems with them or I will leave the guru team to take them on don't know maybe you should make a complain also it should be a law not being able to deposit without passing KYC but they don't care about deposits only when it's time to withdraw the KYC matters

Did you contact them to ask the reason why the blocked you ? Don't know maybe u should try to talk with them 1st also mind about deposit bonus normally casinos will ask you to play an amount of money to be able to withdraw like if you deposit 10 then they have something like X20 that means you have to play 200 before u be able to withdraw

What I found very strange is that, they wait for you to make the deposit and then block the account, I kind of suspect this 😕, the account had time for them to block before taking my $$.

So you didn't even tried to withdraw right ? Don't know either with that casino I struggle about my withdraw they've done 3 times KYC until now still waiting to see what they gonna tell me now
