This is a complete scam. They have stolen 3000 euro from me in winnings , which I tried to withdraw and over 1000 euro in deposits. They asked me to provide documents for verification upon my withdrawal request , which I did. After a few hours the request was cancelled and my account was reset . After I contacted the support they explained me that my account was closed and all the winnings taken , because upon their verification proccess they have found that I have a duplicate account (which I don't ) . This is an easy way to steal money from people - while you deposit thousands of euros - no problem , if you want to withdraw - you have a duplicate account , bye bye .

I am taking legal action against this casino , so if you are one of the scammed people - please contact me . I am planning to make a collective case against this company with all the people scammed by it

I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you. Anyway, since they're licensed in Malta, it's quite a good sign for you. You can submit a complaint to the licensing authority. Then the casino should prove that you really have multiple accounts there.

Anyway, I can see many complaints submitted against them (or casinos with the same owner) on our website. The casino has a bad reputation: https://casino.guru/Spinia-Casino-review#tab=js-tab-reputation

sorry for loss, they are thrown out almost in all countries, except malta. if you have not taken any bonuses and have not used your duplicate account you have a good chance of getting your money.

stay away from this group they are criminals.

good luck

Yes, the whole group has a bad reputation. It seems to be 11 different casinos with the same owner and management.

Won 70.000 one time and couldn't withdraw it, lost it in the end, next morning I win another 50k. Come down to 30k and want to withdraw it. VIP manager tells me I should gamble more basically, stirring up the addiction to gambling even when I wrote to him/her that I wanted to withdraw the winnings in 1 or 2 installments.

This remind me of one of my friend who played in an online casino malaysia named eclxxx, won 50k, but when he applied for withdrawal, they marked the withdrawal process as completed, but the money is never credited into his bank account...

They talk about responsible gambling but didn't care when I told them that I wanted to cash out the 30k. Or never cared when I lost over almost 100.000 in a few days. It's all BS. What happened to your friend his 50k?

They deem it like they have already paid out, but my friend didn't receive any... not even his initial credited 1k... LOL

No where to argue, you know, this is online gambling, hahaha

I'd say fight back! Do your friend a favor and send him here to submit a complaint:

Day after day, our Complaint Team fights for fairness, it would be a mistake to ignore this opportunity especially when it's free.

This is not good. But allow me a question, have you ever informed the casino you are addicted and wanted to stop? You know the withdrawal requests are ordinary daily bread, the casino can't see the other hidden motives behind that.

Motivating addicted players to keep playing is strongly unfair, motivating regular players to keep playing, on the other hand, is a standard. 🙁

As far as I do not know further details, I still think this is worth a complaint.

Further details here: https://casino.guru/complaint-resolution-instructions

By the way, have you noticed the casino has been blacklisted?

Check out its review right here.

How does that sound to you?

EDIT: Frankly, I just found out the case is quite old:

Thus, the complaint is not possible.

I've opened up a case with another website. And they accepted it.
