Hi I made this account as I’ve recently won $30k plus on Spinboss.com and after doing proper research that I should have done beforehand I’m notice serious red flags about this casino and I’m concerned I’m not going to be paid out…has anyone successfully withdrawn money, specifically larger amounts, from this casino?

Thanks in advance everyone. I’ll keep this thread updated with whatever happens, whether the withdrawal is successful or not. Hopefully it helps anyone else who finds themselves in the same situation in the future.

Hi, I’ve been looking at some information and complaints, and so far the casino has four open complaints against it. One was unresolved, and that’s about it. So I’d expect just about anything to happen.

I believe, or at least hope, that it will turn out well for you.

Didn’t the casino ask you for verification documents when you won a relatively large amount?

Hi I am wondering if you had any success I have a pending withdrawal for £500 for over a week and just keep getting the same copied and pasted response from support.

Yeah after a bit of a muck around I was able to make a couple of withdrawls to crypto, withdrawing to bank account didn’t work.

i ended up losing most of it as I wasn’t patient enough to wait the 10+ days of withdrawals to get it all 💀 which is obviously what they expect and why they limit your withdrawal to $3-4k a day.

I can see you're in a similar situation as the other player who posted here.

They did eventually receive their withdrawal, but it still took longer than expected and wasn't handled very transparently by the casino, with a lot of generic copy-paste responses from support.

In your case, you're also waiting over a week, which is not extremely long, but I do understand it's frustrating when you're only getting standard replies without any clear explanation.

From our side, we generally allow casinos up to 14 days to complete a withdrawal. If the funds are not received within that timeframe, you can come back here, give us an update, and we can look into assisting you further through a complaint.

Would that be okay for you?

After reading these posts, it's making me concerned now. For one I read that you can't use the service in the united kingdom, except I'm in the united kingdom and was able to create an account, play and win. I now have two withdrawals for £200 each, and now I'm concerned about whether I'm actually going to get the money, after seeing the issues that seem to have arisen for other people.

Hi,

Cases like this can sometimes be quite complicated. In many situations, if a casino has certain restricted countries, players from those countries cannot even create an account. This is usually because they would either have to provide false personal information or they would not be able to select their country during registration.

That is why it is always important to check the casino's Terms and Conditions, especially the list of restricted countries. It can help you avoid ending up in a situation like this, where you are worried about whether the casino will pay your winnings.

If your country is listed as a restricted country, there is a good chance that you could run into problems when trying to withdraw your funds.

On the other hand, I do not think it is fair if the casino allows you to register using your real personal information, accepts your deposits, and only later claims that your country is restricted as a reason not to pay you.

We generally give casinos up to 14 days to process withdrawals. If nothing happens within that time, or if the casino refuses to pay because your country is supposedly restricted, even though you registered with accurate information and they accepted your deposits, I would definitely recommend contacting our complaint team. They will review your case and see if they can help.

Hi

I joined spinboss.com last year, won £135 paid out no problem.

Recently had another flutter and won £287 which since 23rd July has been a pending withdrawal. Copy and paste replies from support when I question when it will be processed. Im worried also but the 14 days you mention, is that 14 working days?

Im not panicking yet but by the middle to end of next week, August 8th, things might change!!!

Hi, don't worry about those 14 days; it's a total starting from the first action regarding the associated withdrawal. Just lodge the complaint whenever you feel it's the time, please; even though the casino is not among the safest, complaints have been resolved so far. I'd say it's positive.

Colleagues approve requests based on the matter, and sometimes it's even better to lodge them sooner. The casino may notice the complaint, which occasionally helps resolve the situation through this little push, let's say.

Hello. Yes, the 14 days are working days for us. However, if you’re having an issue and you’re getting close to that timeframe, I would definitely consider opening a complaint, perhaps even a little earlier.

Of course, I can see that the casino is only sending you generic, automated responses, and I don’t think that really helps reassure you about the situation. In any case, I hope you’ll be able to receive your money, and if not, we’ll be here to try to help you.
