Rocket pot owe me 190k , I’ve been using there site for 12 months deposited 72 times , I had a big win won 190k tried withdrawing some funds and they asked for ID once was handed over they said I’m banned from playing there site as I’m from the uk and now have blocked me , does anyone no the next step to take to deal with this yes I get I shouldn’t of been playing as I was from the uk ,but they’ve took thousands of me the last 12 months without asking for any id as soon as I win big they wanna see documents, It was a uk streamer promoting them to the uk people that lead me to there website it’s a disgrace I have all the evidence as in all transactions for the last 12 months have the winning balance and the withdrawals I tried to make

Hello dannybarter1, this is not a pleasant situation at all. Haven't you make even a little research before starting playing? I understand that you followed the video stream. Maybe even I wouldn't have thought of it at that moment. 🤔 We repeat here on our Forum several times to the players that before they start playing they should get familiar with T&C of the casino and to know if their country is restricted or not.

Yes I no it’s terrible the streamers from the uk tell you if you want to gamble use rocket pot and type in there affiliate code which I did a year ago , these guys are promoting this website to the uk audience every day , and when I complained to the streamer he said well I know loads of people from the uk that have been payed by Rocketpot and dismissed my complaint

What makes me laugh is these guys are from the uk playing on this platform and there obviously getting paid

I just want to mention that every streamer that offers an affiliate link simply wants anybody to use this link and register in the casinos, meaning - it's a hell of an advertisement. Keep that in mind every time you're watching streams, please.

I'm sure there are honest streamers out there as well, they usually place reasonable stakes and their balance is not sky-high day after day. 🤔

I hope the complaint will get resolved soon but would be good to check every casino in advance, don't have to check it here, just check it somewhere. 🙂

I'm sure that you are not going to like what I am about to say, still, especially in cases where the player asks for higher sums, the casino is obliged to ensure that winnings have been accumulated according to all rules, hence it's quite usual that additional security check is triggered.

I totally understand that from your point of view, it seems more like an unnecessary delay. It's hard to find where the time needed for all procedures is reasonable and when the casino is probably stalling the withdrawal.

I could not believe my own eyes... So they are saying that as a resident of the UK, you can deposit, but will not be given the chance to withdraw, you can use VPN to bypass the fact that you're a UK resident, because the casino is not licensed to accept players from the UK, and because there has been an error made in the past, now they have to pay you out.

Well, this is the perfect reason why you should never again deposit outside UK-licensed casinos, especially with a reputation of 3,2 points out of 10.

I guess we need the complaint team to investigate this new twist and explain what they learn.

Oh yes, I see you've agreed to a refund of your deposits. I have seen how long the complaint has been pending and I am sincerely glad that it will have this ending. So when you get the money you can update me too. 

Regarding replying to the other player, try using the "reply" button and he will be notified that you have replied to his post. But this is just a tip.

It's a year old post, so I would expect that the player won't respond back, but it's worth a try. 

And of course I'm also satisfied if you were able to reach a reasonable agreement. The question is whether it had to take so long. The answer is not so relevant since you will get the money.
