Refund of winnings

Hello, a general question:

I have a complaint open. The casino made a settlement with me and confirmed it bindingly.

Now the responsible department has submitted a refund request. Does anyone know what that means. The superiors who are allowed to decide and decide on such things have to submit an application themselves? Where, then? I'm really interested in that. 🙂

Its impossible to refund winning from ninecasino!! If you want to make a withdraw it have to be in same way you have deposite. But the same method i deposite isnt available for withdraw i deposite credit card method and this method isnt available in withdraw and there is no solution yet the payments mrthod they are shown here arent available at all this make me feel very disapointed and there is no respons to my emails

Hello. Frankly, in some areas, debit cards seem no longer to be a withdrawal option. It's sad the casino is not able to inform you properly because, in my opinion, it is precisely what they should do.
