That's quite a lot, I believe that our team will respond soon and the casino will pay you. Waiting more than two weeks without any information must be difficult.

Patience will probably be the strongest weapon in this case. 

It's not fair that people have to wait almost a month to get paid when they deposit to play, they get the money straight away, but when it's your turn to get paid, they don't pay.

I agree with this reflection and also disagree that it should take so long. In some cases, however, it must endure.

They are a scam, they have held my funds for more than 13 months. Report them now
