No I know I haven't created another account and I'm alone in my household so it can't be like that.

Have always had this email for many many years that I use everywhere.

I think this is a big mistake on their part, because I'm more sure that they're making things up just to not pay out such a large amount and then it's blamed on having multiple accounts
