However, even after complying with the requirements, the withdrawal was not made, and I was also asked to make a new deposit of R$ 500.00, constituting abusive conduct and fraudulent practice, in clear violation of art. 39, V, of the Consumer Protection Code, which prohibits demanding a manifestly excessive advantage from the consumer.i the respective withdrawal of the available amounts.
