Payout not received within 5 business days

Has anyone ever experienced a payout delay with comic play casino? I have contacted them about my payout that I should have received last week but I am getting the run around. There website states it should take 5 business days for me to receive my payout but its been way past the five days. Today makes the 10th day and still no deposit is showing in my checking account. I was told that its a delay in processing but supposedly they do not know how long it will take until I receive payment.

10 days is quite a long time, but definitely not something that's unusual. As far as the casino communicates with you, I believe you have a good chance of getting your winnings 🙂

Yea, 10 days is quite a long time. The longest its every took me to receive a payout, once its approved, is 10 days. This particular casino is taking longer than expected. Hopefully I will have my funds by Thursday of this week. I understand sometimes international transfers can take a bit longer and I am willing to wait. But what I do not like is, the casino can not tell me how much longer the wait time will be, before the payment is fully processed.

Hello, they may be short on staff or they deal with some other capacity problem. Anyway, as Daniel wrote before, your chances are good. It's obvious that you should know the reason for such a long waiting, we can only guess - at least they still communicate.

Yes, I appreciate the communication. But I find it weird that I cannot receive an answer to my question about how much longer i need to wait. Hopefully I receive my payout this week.

Thank you! It took almost 24 hours for the money to appear. I never used BTC so I had to create an account for the first time. So I feel that's why it took several hours for the money to appear in my BTC account.

Hello, I have a question and I requested a payout at my casino on December 15th, 21st to my bank account. I also got a confirmation email on the same day and the processing time until the money was on the bank was 7 to 21 days. Today is over for 20 days and I have not received any money. No, it's not possible to wait 21 days for a withdrawal. You contacted them after 20 days so the only excuse they found was "wait for 21 days". I'm curious what they come up with tomorrow after the period of 21 days will pass.

If a bank transfer takes more than 7 days, then there's certainly something wrong going on.
