Absolutely right, very presumptuous of this guy, he also made a fool of Pavel, so I did it again via email but still haven't heard anything, let alone received my money, honestly the casino shouldn't be a positive here, it's on Trustpilot If you read the reviews there, you didn't receive a lot of money or even had to wait forever. This casino is not serious.

Abolut richtig,sehr anmaßend von diesem Typ,auch Pavel hat er blöd angemacht,deswegen habe ich es dann nochmal über email gemacht aber immer noch nichts gehört,geschweige mein Geld erhalten,ganz ehrlich das Casino sollte hier nicht als Positiv stehen ,den bei Trustpilot soltet ihr euch mal die Bewertungen dort durch lesen,ganz viel haben ihr Geld nicht erhalten oder sogar auch ewig warten müssen.Dieses Casino ist nicht seriös.

Good morning Radka, something unbelievable happened, my winning of 320€ came to my daughter's account today, so the case can now be closed after 6 months, but I cannot and will not change my opinion about this casino, totally unprofessional and dubious.
