Oh no doesn't look good for me then . Did you complete the verification and not use any bonuses?

Did you ever get paid out ,been three days and im waiting for £600.

I understand why Nikolic’s experience has made you worried about your own £600 withdrawal. Maximalbet has a poor record of cooperating with our Complaints Team, so I wouldn’t want to give you false reassurance. Also they have very poor Safety Index- 0,4. 🙁

However, your three-day wait alone doesn’t establish that your withdrawal will remain unpaid. Has your own account been fully verified, did you use a bonus, and what status does the withdrawal currently show? Has support given you a processing timeframe or explained any outstanding checks?

We generally allow up to 14 days for withdrawal processing, while considering the circumstances of each case. However, I wouldn't really expect from casino to cooperate now and I'm afraid, here is great possibility that you won't get your money.

I didnt used a bonus and its fully verified. Its only been a few days and they said processing takes 7-21 days. So im well within the time frame . But after seeing all these other reviews im not hopeful. But just incase anyone didn't know ,you can request a charge back from your bank for the deposit. So if by another week or two they dont pay me ,I will be getting my deposit bac 🙂.

Thanks for clarifying. You’re still within the timeframe they quoted, although I understand why the other experiences here worry you. For now, I’d leave the withdrawal pending and avoid further deposits.

Please be careful about treating a chargeback as a guaranteed refund. You can ask your bank whether your particular transactions qualify, but the bank must assess the circumstances, and the casino can dispute the claim. It concerns the deposits you dispute, rather than recovering your £600 winnings.

Starting a chargeback can also complicate the casino dispute, so I’d explore the available options before proceeding. Keep the withdrawal confirmation and support messages, and let us know whether the payment arrives.🙂

Have you had word of any customers being paid out by maximal bet?

Unfortunately, I don’t have that information. As I mentioned, the casino’s Safety Index is extremely low, close to zero. If you filed a complaint with us, it’s highly likely that the casino wouldn’t respond to our team, and the complaint would eventually be closed as unresolved.

As I said in my previous post, I don’t recommend immediately resorting to a chargeback, because it can sometimes cause complications with your bank or with playing at other casinos. However, if you’ve exhausted all other options and nothing has helped, it might be worth considering.

I also always encourage players to research a casino thoroughly before depositing. I believe that if you’d seen its Safety Index of 0.4 out of 10 beforehand, you probably wouldn’t have deposited there.
