That's what I like to see. 🎉🎉☘️ It's been dragging on for a long time, so I think you've earned it.

Anyway, after this experience, I don't think you're gonna be depositing here, am I right?

Definitely you learn by your experiences.

Unfortunately you end up losing rather then winning better off not going on any

Definitely you learn by your experiences.

Right. They say it is best to learn from the mistakes of others, but I think most of us learn from our own. I hope you will not encounter a similar situation in the future. I wish you the best of luck. 🙂

Hi, if we're talking about making money from the casino, I'm probably going to disappoint you. The casino always has an edge over the player and in a long run the player will eventually lose the money he deposits there. I think in this case it's probably best to stop playing if you think you're going to make some money. Definitely don't deposit more and spend your money on something more meaningful that will bring you joy or benefit.

Anyway, if it would help you, I'll post a guide on responsible gambling here that might be helpful. You can find the information in it here.

I hope that my words will help you a little and that everything will be all right in the end.

Hi

stumbled on this thread and hoping someone can help me too please.

I have a withdrawal pending since 18 December and also at status "user request awaiting" every time I contact them I get the same robotic replies.

Im getting no response on emails what so ever and they have now changed their domain to mrsloty1.com - which they did communicate via text

I have had two previous successful withdrawals without any issues and my account was verified long ago. I’m not trying to withdraw £5000 and don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

obviously, I have since looked online and it seems everyone is having the same issues. It’s nice to see you two did get paid out and wondered if you could offer any advice at all

I’m torn between waiting for my winnings or doing a chargeback with my bank for the deposits and take the loss

Hi, I see you're having trouble with the withdrawal. I don't think you need to be negative right away, even though it's been quite a while since you've been unable to withdraw for 2 weeks.

However, you mentioned that you have had successful withdrawals in the past. Did the casino even tell you why it's taking longer than usual ?

Anyway, I would recommend to open a complaint on this link and our team will try to help you in your situation.

Do you think you will try ?

Thank you for your reply. Is it worth opening a compliant? I see they get closed as none responsive which I understand. I wish I saw all of this before. I don’t play very often. Last March I successfully withdrew £200 in about 3 days. Then last May I successfully withdrew £1100 after a week. I had a ViP manager then called Mitch who helped me with the withdrawal but he is now none responsive

I guess I’m more worried than usual as I can’t get hold of anyone on email and not had this experience before. £5000 is a lot of money to me. I so wish I had seen all these reviews before

no they won’t tell me why it’s taking so long, just that there is a process and they are doing checks. Ignore what I read online and then they close the chat.

I'd say it is worth the complaint simply to provide a better chance for others. Additionally, each unresolved complaint means penalization, such a "casino" might soon hit the very bottom.

Maybe we won't be able to help you recover your winnings, but the consequences will come.

Please browse this guide focused on the complaint process: "How We Resolve Casino Complaints and Why"

Take it as a point of principle.

I'm sorry you played there.

Thank you. Great info. I raised the complaint and hope it will help others by raising awareness too

You're welcome, I'd be happy if you got your money, but even if that wasn't the case, at least there's a punishment.

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck.

Hi,

Can I ask did you ever receive your winnings? I am in the same situation, at first I could contact via chat but now I can’t even do that, email bounced back and tele No doesn’t work?

again stupidly researched the casino after making deposits and requesting My withdrawal, had I known all of this prior I wouldn’t have went near it.

We never learned if the player received the winnings, actually.

Would you like to file a complaint yourself, though, so our team could try to help out? How long are you waiting now, if I may ask?

Here's the link where you can submit a complaint if you wish. Let us know how you decide.

Hi I have been waiting 26 days now and nothing Has changed and no Contact from them.

I think they have either turned the chat option off or blocked me from using it as I can’t contact them at all, so frustrating.

i will

raise a complaint yes, not hopeful that it will resolve the situation but hopefully something can be done they shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

thanks for the info.
