MrSloty does not pay out after 3 months

Hi

I have made a withdrawal from Mr Sloty since 12/26/21 and waited 3 months to get the message that there was a malfunction and that my money was therefore booked back to the casino account.

Now I've tried again to make a payout and have to wait at least 2 weeks again. I've heard a lot of negative things about MrSloty at the moment and I'm afraid that this time I'll only be put off. Can you help me to solve this problem? I'm just waiting like that long after that just doesn't seem fair to me anymore

Honestly, if you submit the complaint, I'm quite sure the casino would not react to it.

Like I wrote to the other players who won there, you are most likely not going to get paid, I'm afraid.

Just check the number of solved complaints against this casino and you get the bigger picture. 🙁

It may be that the odds are bad, but I've also read that Casino Guru was able to help many people get their winnings paid out by MrSloty and what else can I do than hopefully get the payout with a little attention and help, I've got it now additionally submitted as a complaint because I do not want to be processed so easily

I have now submitted the complaint and hope that we can get it all done together. I was told that because I recently made the new payment again, I should wait another 14 days and then get in touch again. I hope we can work it out together!

I play mr sloty and i'm very annoyed with them at the moment over this month my withdrawal keeps saying pending withdrawal as if it's stuck but I haven't made any withdrawals over the past month,guess what I won tried to withdraw my winning and I couldn't so I just carried on playing ,I've contacted mr sloty 4 times this month and they keep saying the same old thing, we have past it on to our technical team you should receive an email,been waiting for weeks and weeks nothing,so I'm done with mr sloty if I cannot withdraw my winnings I will not deposit
