This is an email the MGA feels appropriate to send a player with nowhere to turn.

Condor Malta Limited withdrawal two months ago did not arrive in my bank. Like many players out there the group is not helping, the usual tactitcs of delaying when a casino is going bust.

MGA at first told me to contact MADRE (the ADR) MADRE is unresponsive. I went back to the MGA with this and they said they can't help? I asked on what grounds, what is a player supposed to do and they suggested court!???

What is the point of this license provider if they refuse to help players?

Had the same issue. mga reported my complaint had been sent to a case handler....never heard another thing.

i emailed to ask to complain about them. they ignored me.

i would be interested to know if there is any other company to go to to complain

Technically they provide a license - goods for sale in the first place.

Once I believed MGA was a good license provider capable of putting unfair casinos back in line at least from time to time. Not sure nowadays, to be honest...

What is always the last resort option? The court.

Anyway, may I know what the complaint was about?

Go through this thread about court cases and disputes - I guess you'll get a wide picture of the reality there. 🙁

Don't mind the name, it got quite a general tone lately.

Perhaps the warning to players on the link would be a good idea?

You can see the casino behaviour here and you know the red flags.

Don't let this be another case like scatterhall etc

Firstly we should focus on the complaints - the next steps depend on its verdict.

We usually collect bulletproof evidence and conclude an investigation at least alongside submitted complaints.

In the case of licensing authorities, it is not so easy. For that purpose, there is primarily this forum.

There is no chance to find out what the casino is capable of in the future - we can't prevent "another Scatterhall" by any means.

Hence we say it is rather risky to deposit in an unproven casino - in a fresh/unknown casinos.
