Lots of people have problems with Lucky Bar and Ocean Bar casino. Casino partners, the owners, actually managed to lose their Curacao license earlier this year. Regardless of which forum you look in, the casinos are blacklisted or it is not recommended to leave money there.

Does Lucky Bar Casino pay out winnings? I made a withdrawal of € 1,000 which they accepted but after 24 days I have not received any transfer. They do not respond to reminder emails and their chat always replies that it is not their responsibility. I asked Guru Casino for assistance. We hope well.
24 hours of waiting for a withdrawal is nothing to be honest. I'd wait for a week and then I would start asking questions. Especially if it's your first withdrawal in the casino, you'll need to verify your account first.

24 days of waiting from the day of the withdrawal request no 24 hours. The withdrawal was accepted on August 9th. I have their confirmation email but they don't pay.
