Imagine, today the payout finally happened— all three transactions, around 1200 EUR in total. And the strange thing is, they didn’t even ask for KYC at all. One of them is already in my account because I requested it via a different payment method, but I’m still waiting for the other two, which I requested via bank transfer. I’ll let you know if they don’t arrive. It took a long time, and I have no idea what triggered the payout; maybe their strategy is simply to delay it as much as possible so that you end up playing away your winnings. I will never play at these casinos again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I think that's something that's a bit of a signature move with this casino. Most of the time it always pays out to the players, as long as they didn't break the rules but after a long time. It usually takes around 2 weeks and I would say if you go through the experience of other players, you will find the exact same pattern.

they delayed the withdrawal , closed the account , and made somewhere 20 days to give the withdrawals , such casino and their bad support and rude people should be closed ,

Stay away from that casino. I was scammed out of thousands of euros. I lost my money, and they didn't give me my winnings, including proof. I was stuck for about three months with no response or solution.

I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a scam.

We should all get together, those of us who have lost money there, and file a lawsuit against this and any other casino so that they CLOSED FOREVER and stop defrauding people.

Far big scam they never pay I have played over 3 thousand euros and the biggest win 29 euros. It is really a scam the others are tired they pay where and when they pay.far

Hello, if you mean that you deposited $3,000 and won almost nothing, then it's not a scam casino based on that.

Casinos have a house edge, and sooner or later, players lose their money.

If you feel like you're not winning, I would take a break, set a limit, and look for similar solutions.
