I am keeping my fingers crossed too because I will struggle to make ends meet because of this story and you have no idea how much I am suffering in terms of guilt for having played again, even if it wasn't entirely my fault. If they were serious people, since the mistake was theirs, a refund would be the only useful opinion and I think it would also give them good publicity because showing that when you make a mistake, you can fix it is one of the best things in life.

Se fossero persone serie visto che lo sbaglio è stato loro un rimborso sarebbe l unica opinione utile e penso che gli farebbe anche una bella pubblicità perché far vedere che quando si sbaglia poi si risolve è una delle migliori cose nella vita.
