Deposited on this site gave good bonuses and I played through and managed to win £1000, I made a withdrawal after reading terms and conditions and expected my winnings within 24 to 48 hours as stated on their site.

unfortunately this is not the case and I was informed withdrawals can take 7 to 21 business days to check, I’m now on 21 business days and when I asked where my money was I had the reply We know it’s frustrating waiting for withdrawals but don’t worry it won’t be much longer now?

I’m definitely not holding out for my winnings but it is a warning to others

Hi, thx for the info at least now I know somebody has been paid out, I challenged their terms and conditions and where it’s stated that withdrawals can take 7 to 21 days and they admitted that it is not in their terms.

tomorrow will be the 21 business day my withdrawal has been pending since 15th jun, what I don’t understand is their delaying payment has stopped me playing the site so they are losing out too

The withdrawal request has been over 2 weeks now (13 business days). I'm still waiting, jokersace promised in the chat to pay the withdrawal in the stated 7-21 days. The site states "fast payouts 24-48h" as do the sites that market the casino. The Jokersace site works well. The bonuses are ok....although I have lost a few deposits....losses make my chest hair grow....it's starting to get quite a bushy....😅

Well, if there was a way they could be reported, I believe many people would do so. I can't even be sure if a police, for example, could help, actually. It is really difficult to catch them, unfortunately.

That is why it is really important to share as much information about them as possible so everyone can be alert.
