I won 13000 euros on Legiano.com but they blocked my withdrawals

Hi yesterday I reloaded 130 euros on Legiano they gave me a 150% bonus I magically won 13000 euros. Once I turned the bonus I withdraw the first 500 with funid and this morning I see that they blocked my withdrawals without even asking me to verify my documents

no the maximum bet has not been changed. Nothing happened during the games. I played the slots with a maximum bet of 5 euros and I rolled over the bonus. Then I withdraw the first 500 euros on funid and everything is ok. The next morning I find the screen with blocked withdrawals.

Oh, I see. So, from your perspective, nothing has indicated problems until the casino has blocked the withdrawals. Can you still access your account or contact casino support, please? Although in the complaint I spotted a mention about funID which in my opinion, is not a very reliable app based on the poor-quality fake winning videos I saw across various applications.
