That being said, it might be wise to continue inquiring as to which regulator or prohibition might be in charge of this business. E-wallets are sadly beyond our reach. Damn it.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with FunID, as they recently blocked my account, and I feel like I’ve been unfairly treated.

So, here’s what happened: FunID claims that I violated their terms, specifically section 8.1.4, which is about "collaborating with other customers or third parties." They say I broke this rule by recommending their app to a few friends who also enjoy playing at casinos, in an effort to make things easier for them.

First of all, I don’t agree with this decision at all. I only recommended the app because I thought it could benefit my friends. I’ve been a loyal user of FunID for years, and I never intended to break any rules. To me, sharing something that could make your experience better doesn’t seem like a violation, but apparently, FunID sees it differently.

What makes it even worse is that I provided all the necessary documents for verification, and I never received any indication that there was an issue with my account. Suddenly, without warning, my account is blocked, and I’ve lost 1000 EUR that I had in there.

I’ve reached out to FunID to resolve this, but so far, no real solution has come from their side. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I’m going to have to take further action. I’ll likely reach out to popular streamers and even post about this on Facebook and Casino Guru to warn others about the way FunID treats its customers.

Has anyone else here had a similar experience with FunID? How did you manage to resolve it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hello,

I think this thread is the best place for your concern. Perhaps the others will engage further.

In my opinion, promoting anything without prior discussion can be quite risky. Sadly, I see no way to help in such a specific situation. I'm sorry.

Since February 13th they have been holding me back from paying out 265 Euros won at AMUNRA. I submitted 3 documents and finally a selfie with my ID in front of the funid website at amunra.

Only chicane

Help from AMUNRA who immediately sent my winnings there for payout ZERO

Automatic translation:

I don't know when casinoguru is going to open its eyes to this group of casinos, they are scams, and they should instantly lower the score for everyone so that those of us who come here to see which casino is fair or not, do not get close to this mafia. Their platform is plagued with bad reviews and yet they continue to give high scores... conclusion: the casinos are giving casinoguru a good amount of money to keep it that way, without realizing that they are killing their reputation.

So you are still in contact with the payment provider. Right?

How do you see it, though, are they willing to solve all this or not that much?🤔

Sorry, but I really lost you here. Who do you have in mind exactly?

The user above is experiencing some issues with the payment provider he used for his withdrawal, so I really don't get your point here with your accusations. 🤷‍♀️

I'm talking about the Amura Casino Network...golsdspin,rabona,etc etc etc, all the complaints you have are about that type of casinos, it's always them.

After a long wait I received my money from funid

But do I dare to deposit there again?

Do you think we have no complaints about other casinos? You need to look around a bit before you write something.

Besides, if it is found that a casino has been really unfair to a player and they don't deal with it, they will get black points and it will lower their safety index. Complaints are a very important indicator in this and that is why if anyone has issues or can't resolve the situation, we are there for them.

Automatic translation:

I'm glad you got the money.

As for the deposit, that's up to you. If you've had problems you'd rather not have again, you'll probably know whether to try again or not.

Also, if you have experience anywhere, you can share it. 🙂
