Falsly accused of multiple accounts on fortunejack

I m beeing accused of having multiple accounts and itbis totaly not true... i m gambling on fortunejack for years and never had problems... my account is vvaitforit86 and they claim it is linked to the account of arniel1995... i nwvwr heard of that account before they mentioned it. Is it possible they believe that due the fact i m using vpn to acces the site?

Also my account is verified with my id, so i don t understand how they can even accuse me of having multiple accounts. Can please someone help me. I withdrawed 0,03 btc! And now ot is blocked. Please help.

do you mean this casino? It could be a problem with using a VPN. Some casinos strictly prohibit it. This protects them against abuse of the bonuses they offer. It can also be caused by using some public wifi network...at school, at work, in a restaurant, wherever. In your case, I would try to make a complaint on our website.
