The only thing that surprises me is that the casino's chat doesn't work or doesn't respond, and the casino doesn't respond to emails.

I don't get any information about the status of the withdrawal request because it is being transferred to my bank account. And no answer why the casino "held/emptied my account balance of 650e after the withdrawal. "So far we are only aware of your situation" yes. I am aware that I am playing with my own money....and the casino is not playing with its own now.

Now your complaint has been transferred, and your complaint resolver will surely try to contact the casino, so hopefully it will all move forward.

nope usually not as "easy" as they advertise. In my experience withdrawals often mean KYC paperwork, processing delays, minimum/maximum limits, random holds for "security checks" and sometimes annoying fees; if you want it smooth pick a well‑rated site, verify your account up front, use e‑wallets instead of bank transfers, and expect at least a couple of working days.

Hello, I hope you don't mind me stepping in for a sec; it's just that you perfectly assessed my view on the quite funny withdrawal limits I find very popular these days. Let's use a daily withdrawal limit of 500€/$ as an example. If we add only 3 substantial withdrawals, we will quickly find ourselves in a completely different situation, I would say.

Not sure whether American sites favor the same approach towards the limits, but offshore companies certainly do...

Therefore, I just wanted to express that it is well written. 👏

Passing the first few withdrawal requests can sometimes be a gambit in itself. To be fair, though, many players keep reporting no-problem payouts, and I'd love to believe them.

You’re right. I’ve had a similar issue once — they kept asking for extra documents even after approval. And by the time it was sorted, I’d basically given up. Feels like players have no power at all.
