I am not sure where you wrote, but the best is to write your request directly into the complaint. If your complaint is solved, we can simply mark it as solved. We do not delete the complaints if there is no good reason for it - however, we offer anonymization if players request it. Please let me know about which complaint are you talking about and if anonymization is Ok for you.
Well, this is your first post on the forum, meaning nobody - me included has a clue what seems to be wrong.
Do I understand correctly, that you wish your Casino Guru account to be deleted?
I checked your last (unjustified) complaint, there you wrote 2 months ago:
