Hello, I won €3000 at Vulkan Vegas without a bonus but only with my money. Now I have problems with account verification, I have already uploaded all documents. Funnily enough, my payment went to LODGING Lekki NG and is categorized as accommodation. Is this known? My payout keeps getting rejected and customer service tells me to wait for an email reply.

It seems that especially German and South American have some delayed withdrawals from time to time. I've seen cases when it took 2-3 weeks. I too have the same problem when it comes to payouts and depositing them into my account. I have never had the issue with other casinos and quickly shifted to another one called Gamdom.ca, and I didn't have the problem anymore. Don't be scared of leaving a casino if they happen to make you wait out and be too impertinent in solving your issue with them.
