Hello to all,

I'm posting here today to ask for advice and opinions, I hope you can help me. I have sent a complaint to the AntillePhone regulator 2 weeks ago, regarding a casino that does not respect the conditions of its license. With all the reviews I have read about this license, I feel like I will never get an answer. Do you know if they are serious and if they are generally interested in player complaints? If I don't get answers from this regulatory body, I don't know what to do next to get my case heard. Thanks to those who will take the time to read and answer me!

Good day to all.

Hello there,

Where should I start... Some players say Curacao licenses are worthless and don't care about players by any means, instead prefer to support casinos. Well, just try to use the search tool - put Curacao license or AntillePhone and browse the given threads:

I used to consider Antillephone better than the others provided by Curacao, though I'm not so sure now. 🙁

May I know what happened to you - which issue you're complaining about? Elaborate a bit, if it's ok for you.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. Indeed, I have browsed through the subjects concerning this license and one cannot say that it reassured me, the opinions are generally rather negative (for the people who have an answer, it is not even my case).

I will continue to wait, but I feel completely helpless.

Yes of course, this is a complaint against the CampeonBet casino, which has violated the conditions of its AntillePhone license, by accepting French players and validating French documents (ID card and proof of address). Since I contacted them to ask for an explanation and refund (I was not aware of their ban on French territory when I signed up, as France is not part of the territories excluded in their terms and conditions), they have blocked French IP addresses, and have even been blocked by the French regulatory authority. They refuse any discussion with me and even refuse to let me contact a manager, although they are normally obliged to do so.

I saw that they had a very bad rating on your site, so I didn't expect better from them.

I hope to have an answer from their regulator in the next few days.

Sincerely

Hello, and thank you for the explanation.

The moment I glimpsed at the casino's rating, all optimistic thoughts were gone. Doesn't looks good, but it can't be changed for now.

Just to be sure, when your account got blocked was there any active balance on your casino account? I'm asking to find out whether you had a chance to play and won or if you were stripped from your balance.

Hello!

Which e-mail did you use to send your complaint to Antillephone? I too have a complaint against a casino, in fact it is Playfastcasino, which I believe is a sister casino of Campeonbet? At least they have the same license. Casino is not willing to co-operate with me, and I have made a complaint at AskGamblers, which the casino completely ignored. However, I'm not read to give up!

Hey there.

First - would be best to use the reply button 😉

You're right both casinos are related:

As you can see, both have earned a terrible reputation so far, meaning both do not care much about complaints. 😕

If you click the Antillephone seal available in the casino, you'll find the contact:

I wish you luck, although I fear it will not work. Many players say the Curacao license is worth nothing.

Hi, exactly the same situation for me! I have been waiting 9 months for an answer to my complaint from the antillephone authority, without success. I would have a new complaint regarding ohmyzino casino, but I don't know if it makes sense to even send a complaint and fight to get an answer from the antillephone authority. How to catch these rogue casinos once and for all? These casinos do not follow the responsible gambling policy AT ALL. Even if you ask them to close the account because of game problem, they don't react to it at all. Sick.

Exactly! I asked Playfast casino to close my account permanently already a year ago. I specifically stated I have a gambling problem! They refused, because they said that it is not possible. They told me maximum self-exclusion time is three months and that's it. So my account was closed for three months, and then opened again without any questions.

When I asked again a couple of weeks ago to close my account permanently, they did it immediately. Now they are saying that the terms and conditions were changed from the first time I asked my account to be closed, and now all of a sudden they are able to close accounts permanently too. They are not willing to provide any proof. I would highly recommend everyone to stay as far away from these casinos as possible!

You can be 100% sure that you will never get a response from the Antillephone licensor.

They are rotten to the core.

No one ever received an answer from them or if they did they replied with two lines.

I found now this complaints@gaminglicences.com address, where I sent my complaint. I don't have much hope at this point, but I'm willing to turn every stone. I'll let you know if I ever get a reply.

I sent 4 complaints to that email address. Never an answer.

I also used their other email address "info@gaminglicences.com"

The only time they have responded is because I pretended to be a contractor who was interested in their license. In that case they answered me after less than half an hour.

I repeat, try but you're just wasting time. They are filthy rotten to the core

I have even called the antillephone authority and tried to ask about the status of my complaint, it was a comical call. I was connected in the call from one department to another, from one employee to another. In the end, I ended up on the phone with the same employee who handled these combinations, this person said "I will send you an email regarding the status of your complaint" I have been waiting for an email for 6 months after the phone call.

That is absolutely ridiculous. These casinos are thiefs and need to be held responsible for their actions! Sadly, there seems to be little to no ways to stop them 😕

I am unscrupulous. Call them again and pass yourself off as your lawyer.

If you would like further advice via the Curacao Chamber of Commerce membership number, trace it back to the statutory director of the casino. If you see the name of another company enter that company's membership number as well until you get to the individual who is in charge of everything.

For example, the manager of Playfast casino is this one circled in orange. Just search the internet for his email and write directly to him.

Thank you! I might try this and see if anything happens.

The owner company of Playfast casino is CW Marketing BV and in the Curacao trade register they are under E-Magnus NV? I myself also have ohmyzino casino under E-Magnus NV and the E-Magnus NV website does not have their email address, I have tried to look for it several times without success.

But yeah, using curaco's trade register and contacting them directly makes sense, but even that doesn't almost always guarantee a resolution of the complaint. This is how I got one of my complaints resolved, which was very large in amount. Antillephone never responded to the complaint.

You have to look for Christina Wilhelmina Johanna Biemans

I think I found it. Her name is Cristel Biemans Owner/Managing Director at Magnus Trust.

Cristel@magnustrust.com

strange that the E-Magnus NV website does not have an email address and the Magnus trust website does not work. But in the trade register they are owned by the same person Christina Wilhelmina Johanna Biemans who can be found on the internet under the name Cristel Biemans.

I will email him a complaint tomorrow, let's see if there is any progress. It might be useful if we both send him an email, we are both from Finland and the nature of the complaint is the same. Maybe they would start to react.
