Hello,it is already exhausted..the mediation process is against me,at first i thought it would be fair,but when the process begins im the one being investigated by the regulator,not single one of my evidence is mention,they never ask the operator or explain,the painful part the regulator ask me to provide paper after paper and documents after documents,even if the evidence is a 100,% indisputable
