Hello, I've been waiting 10 days for a €480 Fat Pirate refund and I haven't received anything. Last week, instead of refunding me, they tried to charge me €480. I complained and they tell me I'm in the queue for payment, but I haven't received anything. It's been 10 days since I submitted my request. Can you help me?

The casino I'm referring to is Fat Pirate; they don't tell me anything, just automated responses.

May I ask what kind of refund it is, though?

Is it something they promised you, actually, or is something about it also written in their terms?
