I ended up using the complaints/resolution team on CasinoGuru.

They were extremely helpful. Honestly I went through the same your friend did. Took months but finally came through when I did a bank transfer.

Good luck... it did take a long time to solve my issues but it did get there in the end.

It is really nice that you try to help your friend this way, but unfortunately, we won't be able to do much without your friend writing to us.

So, please let your friend know that we can only intervene if he/she will write to us. Then, hopefully, we will take a better look at the issue and get the best possible result out of it.

Just a little tip, if I may: next time use the "reply" button so the user gets notified of your message.

And, of course, I'm glad that we were able to help you out. 😉

Dear Romi,

I am the person that Nikoletta mentioned. I've been waiting for a week now, because customer service offered to make a manual payment to me if there's still a problem. I sent the details, but nothing happened in 1 week, and the payment problem is still on the site. I can't get ahead on the live chat, as it always ends up with my request being forwarded to finance for investigation.

Previously, I was able to initiate a withdrawal, an amount equal to the daily max limit... and most recently, only a limited amount, which was 35% of the daily limit.

What do you advise in this case?

Thank you in advance!

Hello there.

I am glad that you came to our site, and hopefully we will be able to help with this situation.

Does that mean that your account is fully verified and you had successful withdrawals at this casino before? Right?

When was the last time you withdrew, please?

Did you get any email with an explanation for this delay by any chance, or nothing at all?

Romi

Dear Romi!

The last time I was paid was at the end of March, but then I could only transfer a limited amount. I am not verified because he never asked for it.

It is important that this withdrawal limit and the withdrawal problem arose after I won a larger amount. (~9000x in Bowery Boys Hackshaw slot)

I've never had such problems before and I've already transferred a larger amount.

I think this problem has something to do with the big win...What do you think?

Unfortunately, I can not answer this question, as I don't work for this casino, but our complaint team could investigate this matter and hopefully find out what is going on.

Please submit your complaint here and describe everything well.

The complaint is completely free of charge, and you can read more about how it works here.

Let us know how you go and inform us about any updates, please.

Have you tried making smaller withdrawals? I must admit anything I tried just didn't work so I raised a query and then a complaint.

Casino guru did act as the go-between in the end and I received my payment.

Is the payment still at the "pending" phase?

womblelina1967

I have tried many different amounts, unfortunately none of them work. The payment is not pending because I can't even initiate the payment due to the error. It always says: "Unexpected error occurred"

I've never seen an error message like this from anyone else...

Thank you for your help, I will report the problem on this platform soon.

That is strange.

have you tried other web browsers? If you're using Chrome maybe try Edge if you haven't already done so.

Also, clear out your cookies (again, if you haven't already done so).

I've tried several browsers, several devices, even devices I've never logged into before.

The strange thing is that the system allows the deposit now, it only writes the error when withdrawing... so the problem is not with the system... interesting thing, it was probably manipulated..

All sounds very strange.

Good luck and I hope you find a resolution soon.

The problem is solved, I thought I would share with you what happened:

Online casinos always have a number in their URL (for example, Fatpirate1.com).

During the 3 weeks when I reported a problem with the payment, the site redirected me to Fatpirate4.com. After 3 weeks, the site switched back to Fatpirate1.com. At first, it only allowed a maximum of 5,000 HUF to be withdrawn, but after a few days, it allowed an amount equal to the daily maximum limit.

I don't know why online casinos change their URLs, but that's what caused the problem for me.

So the solution to this problem was to wait 3 weeks...

Thank you again for your help everyone!

Hey. Do I understand correctly that this case of yours was successfully resolved?

That is really great, even though it took that long.

You just stopped responding to our team, and we didn't have any information, actually.

The URL addresses you mentioned are actually so-called mirrors of the casino website and change numbers according to the country you visit the site from. It shouldn't have any impact on anything, though. 🤷‍♀️

Romi

Yes, that solved it. I was visiting the site from the same country and I'm not using a VPN either.

I think it was a waste of time, as anyone who is impatient will lose their winnings within 3 weeks before the payout is processed.

So, for anyone who has such a problem, be patient! 🙂

That is really great. I will inform our complaint team that you got paid at the end.

Do you still play there now?

Romi

No, I try to play on safer casino sites.
