Can't withdraw funds from fatpirate.com casino

Just a quick question here... I can't withdraw my money from the casino fatpirate.com

Try as I might (I've attempted 17 times now after following their various suggestions and advice) and with no luck.

Live chat etc just keep giving the same stock answers.

Any suggestions about how I can take this forward as they don't appear to have a complaints department.

Hi, how long have you been waiting for the money when you say you have failed to withdraw 17 times ? What advices did they give you and why did they fail in the end, did the casino explain it somehow ?

it's around a month.

I've been advised variously to try and use the same withdrawal method, then use an alternative bank transfer (I've done both but with no luck). They've said issues with payment providers but I've contacted them and they've said no attempt to pay me has ever been made.

I now note on a casino blog that one UK member has been told they "do not accept players from the UK"... then how were we allowed to join!!!!!

Any advice would be much appreciated

I've now tried to make 19 withdrawals and none of them have worked. Mine is stuck in the "processed" stage and then they will simply cancel it.

Supposedly (and only in the last week or so) it now says they don't accept UK players (then why did they accept us)???

I will let you know how I get on with my withdrawals. I made one bank transfer and one bitcoin to see if any work which I doubt.

Their terms and conditions doesn't say UK players not accepted for me.

It's only recently I've found a few blogs which state "uk uses not accepted".

Be interesting to see if either of us can get our money out.

On terms and conditions it says NETENT games are not allowed to be played by UK.

I done it via bank transfer and gave my IBAN details. They are also aware I'm from UK as I sent them a bank statement.

I'll give that a try but they just aren't getting back to me. Tried IBAN several times now but with no luck. I'm with TSB so I don't know if that might be an issue?

Been trying to withdraw money from fat pirate and kept getting same response of the live chat sure it’s ai anyway now when I click on live chat it dosent even load it’s as if I’m not clicking anything

These casinos are fake, pure scam to launder money

These Curacao-licensed casinos are not reliable. They change the conditions from one day to the next to avoid paying. I have had many problems and in the end you give up and end up losing your money. Also, requesting KYC verification once you make a withdrawal is illegal. They have to ask for it before depositing or not ask for it to withdraw, the opposite is totally illegal.
