Betmaximus Warning - Abusing KYC process (JUST LIKE MR WEST)

Hello all,

Wanted to warn people as I didn't know this casino was linked to Mr West. They have a massive history of being find, kicked out of malta, losing licenses for abusing KYC procedures.

Casinoguru were BRILLIANT for me last year with Mr West An agent called KUBO was superb. Mr West kept saying metadata was changed on pictures (wasn't obviously). I signed up to Betmaximus last month (not knowing they were the same company) and it's the same crxp.

I have so far taken a pic of my passport on my phone, uploaded straight to email, screen recorded the whole thing and sent that. Done the same with the proof of address. Get the same copy and paste message back saying 'Metadata changed', have sent an explanation for the web that that is impossible. Had to open a complain with CG here.

Just a warning for players. Last year KUBO had to fight MRWEST for 6 months until it was resolved. Ironically I have played there since with no issues.

As expetced after sending the picture taken of the proof of address and recording my screen whilst doing it and instantly uploading (Twice) and the same for the passport I get the below back on email.

It's completely deiberate and done as profiling. Other then posting my physical documents there is no way of doing this.
