Hello friends, I would like to warn you all about the casino platform betista.com which is trying to attract players from CZ and SK. Yesterday I registered there and deposited 3x 500 CZK via Skrill, I managed to upload a little over 6000 CZK and I wanted to withdraw some of the funds. Of course they wanted KYC verification from me, I provided a copy of the OP, a document proving my address in CZ and a confirmation of temporary residence, where this address is clearly stated and I also provided them with screenshots of the Skrill screen that they wanted to verify the payment. Of course the next day I received information that my withdrawal was rejected, when I tried to chat with them, they stated as the reason for the rejection that a confirmation of residence was not enough for them, that they needed another document, such as a phone or internet bill, and also that they do not accept my Skrill screenshots from a mobile phone, that it must be from a PC and that the PDF format is prohibited. So I sent the original invoice for the mobile phone from O2 for the new verification, which is an invoice for both the mobile phone and the internet, and I also sent them the screenshots from Skrill again as they wanted. When I immediately wrote to their chat to confirm if everything was ok, this time they made up an idea that they couldn't accept my original invoice for the mobile phone and the internet because they only accept the invoice for the phone, but that it had to be a landline! That I had to provide a bank statement with my address... I already knew of course that it smelled like a big scam and that I would never see my money again, but I sent them the statement from BUČ and also the screenshots from Skrill, because last time they told me that the Skrill screen had to be on 1 page where everything would be visible. I joined the chat again and wrote to them to look into it and I was just wondering what they would have a problem with this time, since it was already clear that it was not clean...so this time they had a problem with the fact that the screenshot from Skrill did not show the exact payment date, it said "yesterday" and the transaction time 😀...of course, this is how Skrill states it when the transaction was made yesterday and there is no way to change it. After this, it was 10000% clear to me that this is a scam and I will never see my money again...because this company always finds something where there is a problem and refers to how it complies with KYC...
Therefore, if you have read this far, definitely never register here and never deposit your money here! Betista is guaranteed to be a scam. In the end, I am glad that I deposited "only" 1500 CZK there...but I have over 6000 left in that fictitious account and I know that I will never see them...one learns from one's own mistakes...
