I hope it will be solved as soon as possible. 🙂

Hi Jaro,
Unfortunately I keep hearing the same thing from B7 casino, they don't want to solve it and come up with standard answers that I have supposedly broken the rules, I haven't heard anything from them in the last few days...
I hope Michal can solve it 🙌
Too bad. So we'll have to wait for further developments. I hope they will comment on what you have specifically violated.
I wish you a fair resolution. 🙂
The last message from B7 casino today :
"Greetings E****
We are contacting you regarding the issue you've addressed us with previously.
As was stated previously - The availability of the services cannot be construed as an offer or invitation by us to use the services in a country where such use is illegal. Also as stated earlier, any information you provide to the Casino must be true, complete and correct, if this condition is not met, winnings may be confiscated due to false information. Your withdrawal amount was more than the deposit amount, there is no reason for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and feel free to contact us anew whenever an issue occurs!
Best regards,
Andreas,
Support Team"
My response at their email :
Good Evening B7,
What a lot of nonsense, B7 Casino is illegal throughout Europe, you allow players from excluded countries to create an account and deposit money, but when you have to pay out, it is suddenly the player's fault. It doesn't work that way and it is also punishable.
I have not entered any false residence details, and if so, prove it, but you will not do that because you know the answer to that yourself.
Casino Guru would like to contact you regarding this matter..
Regards,
E****
They are now really trying not to pay players from various European countries by indicating that their services are prohibited in the country of registration, this is not the fault of the player but of the casino!
But if the country was filled in correctly during registration and it was not among the restricted ones, then what you say is true and the casino should probably pay the player, but in situations like this even a small difference can make a case a little bit harder.
However, when the casino says that any information must be true and correct, is there anything you have entered that would indicate that it is not correct ?
It's getting a bit confusing and I wonder what Michal will come up with.
Hi Jaro,
B7 casino continues to maintain that I entered false information, but I would never do that, and why would I do that? what benefits can it bring me? exactly none at all, B7 Casino doesn't even provide proof of this, I'm sure because they have no proof, and one more thing they paid me out a few months ago with Mifinity payout, and it went well, how can it be that a payout is suddenly a problem now, but not then?
and by the way I live in the Netherlands, B7 Casino is banned there for players from the Netherlands, but not only the Netherlands, I don't think there is a single country in Europe that allows players to register at illegal casinos such as B7, Lala.bet, Betspino, Cusco Casino and much more..
so they just use an excuse not to pay you out because it is not allowed according to the laws, but they do offer their gambling services in prohibited countries📌
I hope I get my money and then I will never play at B7 again🙏
I'm also curious how it will turn out, I was looking at the list of restricted countries and I didn't see yours there. Even though you say that you were paid some time ago and you were verified, I don't know what the problem could be.
Anyway, that's what Michal will try to find out now and we'll see where we get to.
I hope the casino will clarify and everything will be explained. 🙂
Hi Jaro,
I have been gambling for 7 years and this is the first time I have experienced something like this, and they act as if I am a fraudster, on Trustpilot you see Dutch people leaving a positive review every day, so I don't understand why they block my account and refuse to pay out🥲
Let's hope Michal will be able to find a solution with B7 Casino🙏
Yes, I hope so too, but only time will tell how it will really be and how it will turn out. I firmly believe that it will be positive, but above all, let it be fair. 🙂
