Hi guys

After a while I deposited money again at B7 casino, the amount was only 20 euros, and after 20 minutes of slots I won 630 euros, I wanted to immediately pay out this gel to my bank account, but the payout was always canceled by B7, according to them I did not enter my IBAN number correctly, which meant that the payment system could not process the payment, this happened 4 times in a row, I then passed this on to the live chat employee and he would arrange it for me, the relevant department apparently still had need proof of address and then I could make a successful withdrawal, after my account was fully verified and I wanted to withdraw the amount again, my account was blocked and I didn't even receive an email about it, only when I emailed them contacted regarding this decision,

I received a response by email stating that due to an administrative decision, my deposit and winnings will not be paid out.

The funny thing is that I had deposited money six months earlier and then paid out via Mifinity and that went just fine.

why is it suddenly a problem that my account has to be closed and the winnings are also gone?

This looks very much like fraud, even though B7 casino has a good reputation among players..

I deposited via a Cashlib voucher that can be purchased online, deposit amount was 20 euros.

I followed the rules neatly, like only 1 account, did not use bonuses while playing.

I feel very ripped off, after always losing money at other online casinos, and now I have finally been lucky enough to win a nice amount at B7 casino, this problem happens to me, I think B7 is jealous because I have plenty of winnings stand at their casino, but what they don't have is how much money I lost with various other providers.

this is the response email i got from B7 today :

"We regret to inform your account has been closed and the winnings confiscated as per an administrative decision"

"This decision is final and can not be appealed.

Thank you for understanding"

"If you need anything else, please, don't hesitate to contact us again at any moment"

Kind regards,

"Pascoal | Casino Support Team"

I trust that I will still get the money, but I have doubts about this..

can anyone advise/help me here

thank you in advance

Hello there. It is quite an unpleasant situation, especially if you are not aware of doing anything wrong, and therefore you have done right to submit a complaint here with our team.

May I ask how long have you been playing at this casino? The reason I ask is because, according to our information, the Netherlands is not allowed at this casino.🤷‍♀️

I hope that everything will be able to get resolved soon and you will be able to move on.

Hi Romi,

I have been a member of B7 Casino for about six months, I have never been told or indicated that Dutch people are not allowed to play at B7 Casino, and if you look at their Trustpilot reviews you will see that Dutch people have recently left a review, and also why should I not receive my winnings? They did let me deposit and are still sending me promotional emails..

I played according to the rules and did not use any bonuses while winning this amount✅️

Im waiting for your response👍

The last reply of B7 Casino to me by email 2 days ago :

" I hope you are well,

Your account has been closed as a result of an administrative decision due to the provision of inaccurate information concerning your location. Please be advised that this decision is in compliance with our terms and conditions, which are available at the bottom of our main page. We encourage you to review our terms at the following link: https://b7casino.com/terms "

Total nonsense just not to pay out🫣

Received today a new email response from B7 Casino :

Hello ****

I hope this email finds you well.

Your account closed immediately after it was verified that you’ve entered false information regarding your country:

"5.7. All information you provide to the Casino during the term of validity of this agreement must be true, complete, and correct. You must notify the Casino immediately of any change to this information."

We have not found any grounds for a refund as the sum of your withdrawals exceeded the amount of your deposits.

Let us know if you have any more questions, we are always here to help"

----------------------------------------------------

And now my response to them email :

Hello B7 Casino,

I have never entered another location! why should I lie about which country I live in? what undue advantages would I have gotten from that? and what does my winning money have to do with the account information provided?

You also know that this is not an acceptable reason for not paying out my deposit + winnings And why did you previously approve a payout to my Minfity Account? When I did it was a very small amount, but then paying out was no problem, and you also accepted my most recent deposit via Cashlib voucher, why didn't you stop me in this matter?

just be honest and professional, pay me my €630.04 euros that I am entitled to and keep my account closed🙌

Let me know

Thank you for all the updates here.

May I ask if you clearly stated from which country you are playing and if, in any case, you used VPN to play at this casino, perhaps?

That could actually be the reason for closing your account. Because if you use VPN and play from the Netherlands, which is restricted, it really is a violation of the terms. And, of course, I don't want to accuse you of anything; I am just trying to understand the situation better.

Hi Romi

I have never used VPN, according to B7 casino I would have chosen France as my country of residence when registering, but the address details are from the Netherlands.

I would never give up another country, and what good does that do me? what would my undue benefits be if I were registered in France? Totally bullshit from B7 to not pay me out🙈🙈

I have been gambling at various online casinos for years, legal and illegal, but I have never experienced this before.

B7 casino still allows Dutch people to their casino, people from my area still play at B7 to this day, I know a few😅😅

The last email response i received today from B7 Casino :

"Greetings, E***

We are contacting you regarding the issue you've addressed us with previously.

The decision on the request of yours is final and is not subject to reconsideration.

Your account closed immediately after it was verified that you’ve entered false information regarding your country:

5.7. All information you provide to the Casino during the term of validity of this agreement must be true, complete, and correct. You must notify the Casino immediately of any change to this information.

Thank you for your understanding and feel free to contact us anew whenever an issue occurs! "

I'm sure they know they're wrong, but they don't want to admit it, it makes me so tired😬

I will continue until I have received my winnings, no matter how long it will take📌

Hi there and thank you for sharing so many information. Can't say I'm very familiar with the matter in this conversation, but I believe I can add that I'm looking forward to see the casino's proofs once the complaint reaches that part. I would presume you chose Netherlands in the registration form; is that correct?

I imagine you must be full of it, and I empathize with you. Just hold on a little bit, please!

Hi Radka,

I am sure that I selected the Netherlands when registering and I have also previously seen in my account that my address details such as street name and zip code have all been entered correctly from the Netherlands, but B7 indicates that only the country specified is incorrect and that France is registered..

It is now 1 week later and I am getting tired of it because I know that I have been honest at all times and am wrongly seen as a fraudster by the casino🥲

B7 casino has a good reputation and therefore I think I will certainly be able to get the money, but they seem to want to scam me in this case

Hope you can help Radka🙏🙌
