No sadly some people get $100 approval max withdrawal limit at a time … some get $200… the crazy thing is you don’t really know until you win and go to redeem what your limit is which is so just terrible…


So like for example I won $500… it took a week to withdraw the first $100… but they emphasize you can request withdraw every 24 hours yes but that’s after the redemption has been processed which took six days … so when I submitted my next one I get to wait six more days for that to process.. or more they don’t tell you they just apologize and say it’s their payment processing systems.

Did you end up getting it all redeemed? I hit for 7500 off a 1.2 spin and hoping I can get it redeemed without to much of a struggle. Also did they ever increase your max payout?

May I ask how long you have been waiting for your money? What payment method did you use?

As you can see, several players are waiting for their money, so I would prepare myself for a longer wait, just to be on the safe side.

This just happened on Sunday so I am still in the process of verifying my account. I used my Venmo debit card so I am having an issue with them accepting my digital card because it doesn’t have my cardholder name and number in the same screenshot

I understand that virtual cards are often a problem for casinos. Did you ask them what would be necessary to resolve this?

That would probably be the most sensible thing to do. 

As for your question, no, I don't have any such information at this time. I saw only one complaint in our system, but it ended up with the player not responding. Since it's a sweepstake, many players don't play at casinos like this. 

However, I believe that it will be possible to resolve this.

I know it is not pleasant but waiting one day is not disaster.

But if overall you waiting for verification for a long time, I mean close to 14 days, you can open a complaint with us.

I have successfully verified my account and have successfully redeemed and was paid. $100 max. It took a few days. I'd suggest playing on other sites. The redemption limits and timeframe are a bit ridiculous.

I agree that this is a pretty low limit, so I would probably choose a different casino.

Hi everyone, I just e mailed them about the redemption limit and this is the reply I recieved, which I think is complete nonsense. How could they have no power to control thier own policy. And if its the case, who makes the choice of how it will get "picked for a limit increase"

I wish the redemption limits were in our power to control; however, sadly, they are totally controlled by our processing channels. Thankfully, they are not set in stone and can be increased over time: the more activity there is on your account, the better the chance that it will get picked for a limit increase.

That is ridiculous. I’m not going to spin my 8k just in hopes they would get my redemption limit up. I’m hoping to find a way to get my money out faster otherwise it would take 2 years.

Is the $100 per day redemption limit (which turns out to be, 3-4 days) something we could file a complaint with you guys for. It would take years to get $8,000 out of them.

If a casino doesn't stick to their limits, it is surely a reason to complain. It always depends on how often and how much they pay and if they pay at all, though.

The limit of $100 per day is already low, and if they don't even pay that much every day but they take 3-4 days, it is really bad. I am not sure, though, what our complaint team will be able to do. You can try, though, and see how it'll go.
