Hi everyone hoping for some advice. I deposited £20 won £100 the bank card I used has been verified however they're now wanting me to send a previous bank card that I haven't used in the last few months and no longer have.they won't release my funds until I upload the bank card I no longer use . So how can they get away with this when they verified the card I used to deposit. Help please.

Hi there.

Did you accumulate your winnings from the money deposited from the old card, perhaps? Like if you had any money remaining in your account before depositing from the new bank card, I mean?

That would explain why the casino wants to see the old card, as well.

By the way, which casino do you have this issue at?🤔

Thanks romi for your reply. It's nine win casino. I haven't used that card since July. I deposited and won with my new card .

Hi again I've managed to retrieve a screenshot from the bin on my drive of the old bank card and have sent it to nine win casino the withdrawal is now pending I'll let you know if I actually get it paid into my bank account soon.
