Hey!


Put money in last week, lost and won over the weekend but now want to withdraw my money, now the problems start!

Deposited money with my MasterCard (as I understand it, it can make things a little harder)


I contacted support and here are my emails with them.

I did that.


-Provide us with a photo of the bank card (both sides), the bank card number can be closed with a piece of paper leaving first 6 and last 4 digits visible and on the back side the CVC code can be closed as well.


I did that, send them the photos with My bankcard and some Numbers protected.


-You should provide us with the bank statement for the bank card in the pdf format. This statement should display this bank card holder's name, number of the card, your deposits.


I have now sent a question to my bank if this can be fixed, but is it legal that 22bet wants this much information and should I even send the information if it can be fixed from the bank? What's the point of covering certain numbers on my bank card last time if they now want the whole number?


Anyone that can help me? And tips on how I can get my money out of this Casino?

Hejsan! Honestly, I'd get the statement from the bank as they required, but I'd also cover the same card numbers. I wouldn't provide them all of the details about your card.

Ok thanks for the help! I will try to fix the statement from the bank and hopefully they will be able to provide it for me. Thanks for the help for now

(And yes i know, sad i didnt knew about this forum before but i have to do my best from this situation)
