Attention everyone! If you are trying to withdraw with 1 BET, it might be too late!
My experience is that of someone who uploaded a considerable sum to an online gambling site, won a significant amount (€5000), but had serious problems withdrawing the money due to deceptive practices of the site. Despite sending all the required documents, the withdrawal was repeatedly refused without explanation.
Recognizing that this situation is a well-structured scam, I decided not to give up and take legal action. I therefore propose a class action to collect testimonies from other users and file a complaint with the authorities of Curacao, where the site is registered, to stop these fraudulent practices.
Here's the action plan:
Waiting until tomorrow: If I don't receive the payment, I will publish my contact email.
Testimonial Collection: Anyone who has been scammed like me can send me their data (username, email or location) and a short summary of the problem, attaching screenshots or documents as proof.
Creating an official document: Within 36 hours, I will prepare a well-structured email with:
Reasons for the complaint.
Names and amounts involved.
Clear and concise description of each participant's situation.
Signatures of all involved.
Attachments to verify the evidence.
The goal is for this complaint to reach the competent authorities in a clear and understandable way, to stop the fraudulent practices of the site.
What will we get?
Even if we don't get a refund, our goal is to cause financial and reputational damage to the company, forcing them to reconsider their practices. Our class action will certainly have more impact than a single complaint, and their reputation will be damaged. Soon, everyone will know who they are and will avoid them, reducing their business.
Next steps:
I will start sending this complaint to all the relevant authorities including GCB, LOK, AML/CFT and other gambling regulators. It's time to stop them and stop exploiting people!
