19550 € profit retained but 750 stake booked! Perfect reputation!

At the end of October I won 27,000 euros (240 free spins x 45 euros stake x3 at 9Masks of fire) and released 19570 of them for payout. Neither bonus nor anything else used and everything was legal as payable.

Mr Bet himself and also my RA and the guru here in the thread titled that due to an error in the casino system and the bank of Mr. Bet there were errors in the booking for some payments in the same period and these amounts were incorrectly credited to the accounts. so also my ... but I didn't win anything anyway!

With the last payment over 200 I had the big win (see attachment) and this and 2 other iHv 500 & 50 were successfully debited from my account 2 days later!

Again: from the successfully debited payment iHv. I won € 750 in 19570!

Then I was kicked and blocked, and it's not just that I don't get the almost 20,000 paid out without suing for 2000.- in advance, which I don't have .....

but even so that Mr. Bet feels in no way responsible to reimburse me the 750, because you were debited without offering a realistic chance of a profit and Mr. Bet almost already knew that I "for security reasons" being blocked by him!

It's all described here in your complaint, but I'd say the most notable part is that: "you took advantage of a system failure". You made many deposits even though you knew they weren't debited from your bank account.

You played with money that didn't belong to you. We had cases where a player made a deposit, won and then the casino claimed that the deposit never reached the casinos bank account. If it's an individual case, then of course, the player couldn't know about the failed deposit. It's not player's fault.

If I remember correctly, you usually made deposits around 10-20 eur, but when you noticed that the money wasn't debited from your bank account, you raised the deposit amount up to 3000 eur.

One could assume that I have bet on the payment of a casino which unfortunately was not paid and not knowingly without funds on the account! Doesn't change and that's the interesting point now: Mr Bet knew that I would be blocked and get nothing but still booked what could be booked at the last minute ...

So I would like to emphasize again what bothers me here extremely is that knowing that I am being thrown out of the house enriches my bag. either straight or styleless!

But how would they know you'll get blocked if they didn't even know that you did deposits that weren't debited from your bank account? They discovered it later.

I was debited 750 euros on the last of the month, although I was expelled from the casino on the 1st of the following month, i.e. one day after the successful transaction. With the 750 I was not allowed to pay out any winnings, not even the 19750 I won from it.

So who entitles Mr . Bet to take my money? Or what did I give this amount of money for? I got nothing just a lot of problems
