🚨 Yabby Casino Voided My Legitimate Winnings After Confirming My Deposit
Review:
I’ve been a loyal player at Yabby casino for over a year and a half and I have lost so much money. I deposited $395 worth of Bitcoin to Yabby Casino on September 12, 2025. I received a confirmation email from Yabby that my deposit was processed successfully and credited to my account. I played with those funds and won over $5,100.
After I requested a withdrawal, Yabby voided my winnings and claimed my first deposit was "invalid" and "canceled on my side." This is completely false — I have confirmation from both Yabby and Topper (the payment processor) that my transaction was completed and only sent once.
Yabby also sent me a transaction hash they claim proves the deposit was canceled, but that hash does not match the one from my actual transaction and shows no problem when checked on the blockchain. They are using this false claim of a "hash mismatch" to justify voiding my winnings.
When I asked them to prove their claims, they kept repeating the same explanation without showing any real evidence. They still have not explained how I could have played and won with funds they now claim they never received.
This feels like a deliberate scam to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. I have reported the issue to the Anjouan licensing authority.
⚠️ If you are considering depositing money here, be warned: Yabby can void your winnings after the fact and keep your money.
‼️UPDATE – Response to Yabby’s Reply:
Your conclusion is wrong, and I completely reject it.
Your system credited my account with funds and allowed me to play — meaning you treated the deposit as valid and available. I played in good faith with the balance your platform provided. Then, after I won, you retroactively voided all of my winnings and accused me of "double-spending" — a serious accusation that you still have not proven despite my repeated requests.
If my deposit was never confirmed, it was your responsibility to prevent play on unconfirmed funds. How did my balance get credited and allow me to play exactly like I have with hundreds of previous deposits—without issue — only for a problem to appear when I finally had a large win and tried to cash out?
I have already contacted the Anjouan licensing authority and sent them:
Every email conversation between myself and Yabby
Proof that my deposit went through once and was 100% completed (since the funds showed up in my balance)
Confirmation from Topper that there was only one transaction made
Screenshots proving that your claim of a double-spend is false based on verifiable evidence
Despite this, you continue to accuse me of fraud and have not provided any actual proof — only repeated explanations without blockchain evidence.
Unless you can produce clear blockchain data showing two separate transaction hashes from my wallet address, your decision to void $5,196.98 in winnings appears to be unjustified confiscation. I will continue pursuing this matter with the licensing authority and publicly until proof or payment is provided.
ADDITIONAL UPDATE:
In your reply you stated that I am "only allowed to use legal funds" — which is extremely misleading. I used legitimate funds through a legitimate wallet provider (Topper), and I have written confirmation from them that only one transaction was ever sent and it was 100% completed.
Calling my funds "illegal" or suggesting fraud without providing verifiable blockchain proof is unacceptable. My funds were credited to my account and available to play with — just like hundreds of previous deposits I have made with no issues. This language is damaging to me as a player and appears to be an attempt to justify voiding my winnings after the fact.
Again, I demand you provide:
The actual blockchain transaction hashes you are claiming show a double-spend
Proof that my original deposit was never confirmed
Evidence that two different hashes existed for the same amount from my wallet
Until this is provided, your accusation of fraud is unsupported and your voiding of $5,196.98 in winnings appears to be unjustified.
‼️Update: September 24th 2025
I have forwarded all my emails and correspondence with Yabby Casino to my assigned complaint handler, Dominika, along with relevant screenshots and documentation. This includes my original dispute under Ticket #5020277, additional unanswered emails, and blockchain confirmations.
I will provide any further information or evidence as requested by the complaint team.
Thank you,
Sylena Hostetler
