ChatGPT selected one winning ticket after every 8-9 tickets. It's hard to call this random. At least in the past, they were selected using an Excel randomizer.

Hi! I was interested after reading your comment and did some reviewing of the past five competition results and noticed a pattern too. Some usernames appear as winners three or even four times across the draws. Since the draws were done using ChatGPT, I thought it might be useful to mention that asking it to "pick 20 random usernames from a list" doesn’t produce true randomness. It can unintentionally favor names it has already output before. I’m not suggesting anything was done intentionally — just wanted to share this in case it helps ensure the draws stay as fair and transparent as possible.
