I understand you have experience with much quicker withdrawals yet now the delay steps in and you have no idea why. Well, I imagine the situation is frustrating; I would suggest being patient, though. You know the casino can pay, so it's very likely not like the casino can't pay, right?

Still, you mentioned some different responses. What do have in mind, please?

Hi Radka, the casino hasn't credited the winnings yet, and they've been very punctual in the past.

I'm complaining about the fact that we always have to have these extended timeframes without ever knowing the real reason.

That's certainly not a positive experience and thank you for explaining the details now. As you can see in this thread, it's sadly not unusual, and the casino should work on that. Hopefully once the waiting period passes, the complaint helps out resolving that.
