If you want to discuss anything related to Zoccer Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello, sadly I cannot see the details, just two rejected requests; however, I suggest you thoroughly check your email folder, the trash bin, the promos folder, and the updates folder. You should get info about why the request could not be approved.
Hello, it's not about the missing license, but about the misrepresentation of a license they don't have. I genuinely didn't receive an email, but I never do, even though it says so in my profile. Can I submit the complaint again? As I said, it's about a site that's falsely claiming to have a German license. Surely Guru should be handling this.
Not sure I trust this casino.
i deposited few times yesterday then had weird chat experience.
Chat agent made spelling mistakes. Kept removing my bonus spins and readding them.
I then had 2 batches of free spins. Both 100 spins on the same game with 20 cent value.
After I completed each batch they both paid the exact same amount $8.56.
For that to happen right down to the exact penny would be impossible. So I dont know if these guys are using gimped games or if the freespins they give are predetermined.
But I want you to stop reading and think for one second. How can two batches of 100 spins each end on the EXACT same amount? Impossible.
I have screenshots of both amounts.
Just felt very sketchy.
"We cannot change the outcome of a game" is their response.
Think of all the cents and dollars and amounts you win from 100 free spins.
From both batches to equal the exact same amount tells me quite clearly I either just ran into something that is 450 billion to one...or the games are gimped
I understand your conclusion; at the same time, licensed casinos really have no ways of changing games' outcomes when it comes to games from certified providers, they also do not have any kind of access, so I would personally vote for the first possibility you mentioned.
Yet, I agree it makes one wonder; it surely does. 🙂
Thanks for sharing these endeavors.
Hello. I would like to know how Casino Guru comes to the conclusion that Zoccer Casino belongs to the Sentoka Ltd. group.
Their website doesn't list who owns or operates it (it's very suspicious that they're hiding that information). When I asked in the live chat, they told me to contact them via email. I did that, and the responses were evasive; first they said they didn't understand the question, and then they stopped replying altogether.
This isn't a casino I trust much. Thanks.
Hello, that's a fair question, however, without a straight answer.
In most cases, casinos' affiliates or promo partners provide the info; if the casino is licensed, we verify it through the official license list. In any case, each casino must state its owner or provide it like any other registered online company, so that's another source. Sorry but I can’t tell you where specifically the info came from in this specific casino.
You said you did not trust it much. any issues we can help with?
Hello Jaroslav.
It seems important to me because it is a casino that operates without a license but you value it positively.
If it belongs to a large group with more casinos, it would offer me certain guarantees; however, it belongs to Sentoka Ltd, a little-known group.
In conclusion, unknown management, no license, no apparent connection to other casinos—why such a good rating?
I'm just trying to find out more before opening an account.
thank you
The fact that it’s part of a group that’s generally good might play a role. Of course, complaints have the biggest impact; in other words, since there have been almost none regarding this casino, there’s no reason so far why it should have a low safety index.
The fact that it doesn’t have a license is factored into the safety index, but whether a casino has a license doesn’t entirely determine whether it’s good. But you’re right that it’s better if the casino has one—you have someone to turn to in case of problems—though I have to point out that this isn’t the case with every license. So I’d probably look for more information before opening an account here.
Hello, so I am to the site and have seen other threads about dodgy casinos etc and I am chasing some help. Basically I am VIP 4 on Zoccer and ive deposited thousands upon thousands and havnt even withdrawn yet. So tonight I got a weekend bonus for 50 percent of deposit and I deposited 200. So got $300 all up to play with. Finally I had some awesome luck and must of got a max win or something on a slot on a $4 bet it paid 16k. Anyway, I kept wagering away never going above $5 spins and I got up to 24k. I was so happy and then It alerted me I finished wagering when I had 23.4k left and took my money away completely and left me with 1k?!?! How can they do this, please help friends! Cheers
Hello, I imagine this was an unexpected surprise. In such situations, though, the most important piece of the puzzle represents the casino's explanation of the events and whether such action is inline with the bonus or general terms. May I therefore ask what explanation the casino provided?
Ive been back and forth with emails mate. Most that dont get replied to and I keep getting shuffled around while they "investigate" ive messaged both support and VIP support emails. Ive provided screenshots, time stamps everything. No explanation yet what so ever. Been 48 hours+
