I'd say, the casino feels they don't have to pay until the authority say they must. But this is just my opinion.

Radka I won 15000 euros when I was down to 9675 euros then Mostbet froze my account.

As it concerns your complaint, I saw that Peter said that he has conflicting evidence and therefore it is difficult to decide who is 100% right in this case. 

However, since we are trying to help, he recommended filing a complaint with the regulator, which I strongly believe will be fair and therefore all your evidence that you have and that you have sent here will certainly be useful to them. I hope you will get an answer as soon as possible and we will know more about the case and hopefully you will get your money.
