I am reaching out once again regarding the unreasonable confiscation of my funds and the lack of response to my previous inquiries.

On 12 December 2024, at 22:33, my withdrawal of 324 TRX from rakeback winnings was confiscated. The reason provided was that I allegedly played a non-slot game (Hi-Lo) with bonus funds. However, rakebacks and cashbacks are loyalty rewards, as clearly stated on your Terms and Conditions page, and they come with zero wagering requirements. This means they are not classified as bonus funds and, therefore, should not be subject to the "slot-only" game restrictions. I have explained this to your customer support team but have yet to receive any resolution or clarification.

None of the real wager-free casinos would limit the player's choice of games on a zerro wager bonus too.

Additionally, I seek clarification on why your casino advertises itself as "wager-free" when this does not appear to be the case. Your bonuses come with wagering requirements that include both the deposit and the bonus amount. True wager-free casinos do not impose such conditions, nor do they regulate players' choice of games when using bonus funds, as bonuses in such casinos are treated as cash. I see you have a few problems and basically all of them are related to bonuses. But until the casino has commented on what you wrote, I guess it's hard to find out why this happened. 

As for the confiscation, so they took all your money based on the fact that you played something other than slots, yes? Did you check if they have something like that in Terms? 

As for the cashback that you should have got, I know that in some casinos it's like you get it for the next weeks or something like that, did you also look at what information is written about it and when you get the cashback from your losses?

Rakebacks and cashbacks are not a bonuses. The word back mains you are giving back of what I paid.

Your definition of No wager does not make sense. Yes I agree with the AML policy of wagering 1x what you deposit. However, for a bonus to be wager free it should not even include a 1x wager limit. The way your bonuses are is a 1x wager bonus and not wager free! How could a casino not understand this? Are you kidding me that a 1x wager bonus is wager free? lol

You also neglected my cashback question.
