I write to them but there is no response from them((I ordered funds and they do not arrive in my wallet and they do not respond. I wrote both via email and via the website and nothing happens((

May I know what appeared as the cause? These days I hear a lot more often about different technical issues. Sometimes eve the solution is not obvious once the problem vanishes. 🙂
