I opened an account at this casino a few days ago, then uploaded my driver's license via the app for verification, and played in the meantime. I was so frustrated that I closed my account. After 2 days I wanted to know if my account was still active and logged in again, I was amazed that it was possible. I then uploaded €20 via Aircash and wanted to play, only then did I get the message that my account was blocked.

When you tried to verify, were you successful or not? When you closed the account, did you notify the casino or did you do it yourself? When you made a deposit, did you not play any more and the casino just blocked you straight away?
