Ongoing Issues with WPT Global Platform – Request for Resolution
Dear WPT Global Support,
I would like to formally report an ongoing issue I've experienced on your platform and express my growing concerns.
I’ve been actively playing your "Poker Flips" game, consistently betting 30 coins per spin on the quads at 248/1 odds. Yesterday, while placing my usual bets, I encountered a critical error message that caused my game to freeze. After logging back in, I attempted to verify the outcome of the hand, and sure enough the quads came out at the exact time i got dced by your plattform. I contacted my Internet Service Provider, who confirmed that my connection remained stable throughout—indicating the issue was on your end.
This incident left me feeling once again misled. A few months ago, I filed a complaint regarding suspicious activity at your PLO tables, where opponents were making inexplicable river calls with high-card hands for pots worth thousands of dollars. I never received a proper follow-up—until three months later, when I was unexpectedly issued a $100 credit with a vague explanation that "cheating activity" had occurred.
While the $100 credit was appreciated, it hardly compensates for the losses I sustained, which I estimate to be close to $10,000.
To add to my frustration, yesterday’s poker flip bets would have returned approximately $1,100, had the game not disconnected during my session. I’ve contacted support again and spoken with a live agent, but still haven’t received a response or acknowledgment of my report.
At this point, I am strongly considering filing a formal complaint with your regulatory body, as I feel I am not being treated fairly or transparently.
I respectfully ask for a thorough review of my case and a clear response addressing both this recent incident and the previous one. I hope WPT Global takes player trust seriously and acts accordingly.
