Withdrawal does not reach the account

Hello everyone, recently on the 1st of December I made a withdrawal of €600 from LeonBet, a withdrawal that was supposedly carried out, but it never reached my account, I have not had any problems with this casino to make withdrawals, I have already made several and never there was no problem , now this € 600 money has not entered the account , I have the account verified for a long time , I did it by bank transfer , the data are all ok , I confirmed the transfer data with the casino and they themselves said to speak with my bank, I went to my bank and they told me that they didn't have any transfers scheduled or rejected, that is, the money didn't even arrive in my account, I don't know what else to do. I've been waiting since the 1st for the transfer, I know that there are transfers that can take up to 15 days but I think that the value does not justify all this delay. Please ask for help. I have all the prints of conversations, account movements, transactions made, transfer history print, earnings history print and I don't know where the money ended up 😐

it is great that you took all those screnshots, the best thin you can do is to submit a complaint - just click or tap here.

Seems like we have not come across this casino yet, so please use the option "I do not know the casino" while creating the complaint, then insert the casino link into the body of the complaint + the descriprion of the issue. Then we'll try to help.

Has the casino sent you the transaction ID? I guess it shuld be eays if the withdrawal was truly carried out.

We allow casino 14 full days to fulfill the withdrawal, so the casino almost made it.
